Return and Refund Policy
10. Returns of Goods
10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold defective goods are remedied, and defective goods are replaced or refunded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

10.2.1. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this clause does not apply when returning a defective item);

10.2.2. The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;

10.2.3. The item must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance: labels must be intact, protective films must not be removed, etc. (this clause does not apply when returning a defective item);

10.2.4. The returned item must be in the same complete set as received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply when returning a defective item);

10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if the return conditions have not been followed;

10.2.6. The return must be made using the method specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply when returning a defective item – in such cases the return is made within the statutory warranty period).
10.3. Returns and exchanges of goods in proper condition are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code.
10.4. The money for goods accepted by the Buyer but later returned is refunded to the Buyer's account no later than within 5 (five) business days from the date the returned goods are received by the Seller, unless the Seller and Buyer agree otherwise.
