Rules for Purchase and Sale of Goods

General Provisions

1.1. These rules of the online store (hereinafter – the Rules) constitute a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter – the Seller), which sets out the rights and obligations of both Parties.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes on the online store's website.

Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer selects goods, submits an order through the online store, and confirms having read these Rules.

Seller’s Rights

3.1. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the store’s functionality, stability, or security, or breaches their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or terminate their access to the online store without prior warning.

Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store services under the conditions outlined in these Rules.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Buyer via the selected delivery method, based on the terms defined in these Rules.

4.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the agreement after informing the Buyer. The Seller may offer an alternative product. If declined, the Seller must refund the Buyer within 3 business days.

4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right defined in clause 5.2, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned goods.

4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or the Buyer provides proof of return, whichever comes first.

Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Rules.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the delivery date by notifying the Seller in writing.

5.3. The right in clause 5.2 may only be exercised if the goods are undamaged, unchanged in appearance, and unused.

Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for and accept the purchased goods in accordance with the procedures set out in these Rules.

6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without valid reason, they must cover return shipping costs if requested by the Seller.

6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the shipment and goods together with the courier or Seller.

6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms agreement with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

Product Prices

7.1. Product prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if applicable, are added at checkout.

Ordering and Payment

8.1. The Buyer selects products, adds them to the cart, enters the necessary personal data (name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and any additional relevant details), confirms having read the Rules, and places the order.

8.3. Payment can be made via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas online banking, or Visa/MasterCard cards. Payments are processed in euros using the MakeCommerce.lt platform.

Delivery of Goods

9.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the goods are delivered to the address provided but accepted by someone else, the Buyer has no grounds for complaint.

9.3. The Seller delivers goods within the timeframe specified in the product description.

9.4. Product characteristics are provided in each item’s description. The Seller is not responsible for color or shape discrepancies due to the Buyer’s screen display settings.

9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid, including delivery charges, are refunded.

Returns

10.1. Quality goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defective goods are repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. Return conditions:

  • 10.2.1. The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging (except for defective items);

  • 10.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

  • 10.2.3. The product must be unused, with original appearance (labels, protective films intact) (except for defective items);

  • 10.2.4. The product must include all original components (except for defective items);

  • 10.2.5. The Seller may refuse returns not complying with the above conditions;

  • 10.2.6. Returns must be made via the Seller’s specified method within 14 days of receipt (not applicable to defective goods, which follow legal warranty terms).

10.3. Returns of quality goods follow Article 6.22810(1) of the Civil Code.

10.4. Refunds for accepted but returned goods are processed within 5 business days unless agreed otherwise.

Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. These Rules and the relationships between the Parties are governed by and interpreted under Lithuanian law.

11.3. Any disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled under Lithuanian legislation.

11.4. Parties are released from obligations under these Rules if performance becomes impossible due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances (Force Majeure).
